AVRentals as a rental agency were great. Always attended to maintenance requests quickly and don’t request your first born for a security deposit. Most units allow pets with a small fee and are decently priced/sized. I only moved out to be closer to work.

I enjoyed living here. AV Rental communicated very well both up front before I signed the lease for what the expectations were as well as during the lease with any questions that arose.

AV Rental Company was a great landlord. My apartment was completely redone prior to living in. Everything was clean, neat and up to date. If I ever needed anything they were a simple call/email away and things were taken care of right away. Grounds were always kept clean and well groomed. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment complex, Owners of AV Rentals are very courteous and professional and were always available for a trouble call if one arose. Very clean and simple interior that's worth the price. Would gladly try to rent from them again in the future.
