AVRentals as a rental agency were great. Always attended to maintenance requests quickly and don’t request your first born for a security deposit. Most units allow pets with a small fee and are decently priced/sized. I only moved out to be closer to work.

AV Rental Company was a great landlord. My apartment was completely redone prior to living in. Everything was clean, neat and up to date. If I ever needed anything they were a simple call/email away and things were taken care of right away. Grounds were always kept clean and well groomed. Highly recommend!
